About Consumer Courier

We publish customer reviews of the businesses people buy from, hire and visit, so the next customer knows what to expect.

Why we exist

Before you order, book or sign, you want to know how the company treats the people who came before you. Some are straight with you from the first call to the last invoice. Others surprise you with fees, miss their dates or disappear when something goes wrong.

Reviews help, but only when you can check them. Every score on Consumer Courier is the plain average of the published reviews, and every one of those reviews can be read on the company’s page.

What we promise

  • Reviews written here are read by a person before they are published.
  • Reviews are shown as their authors wrote them. Businesses can reply in public, but cannot edit them.
  • Scores are the plain average of published reviews, and the rules behind them are public on How it works.
