Moderation
We may decline, remove or edit for formatting any review that breaks our guidelines or the law. We do not change the meaning of a review, and we never remove a review because a business asked or paid us to.
Businesses
Businesses may claim their listing and reply to reviews, following the same guidelines. They must not offer incentives for reviews, write or commission fake reviews, or pressure reviewers. We may remove reviews obtained that way and restrict a business’s access.
Disclaimers
Consumer Courier is provided as is. We work to keep listing details accurate, but always confirm prices, availability and terms with the company directly. To the extent the law allows, Consumer Courier is not liable for decisions you make based on content on the site.
