Send the listing link from an address at your company's website domain, so we can tell it's really you.

We confirm and connect you
We check the request against the listing, usually by calling the number on it.

Correct details and reply
Send corrections any time, and reply to reviews in public from then on.
Replying to reviews
Thank people for good reviews, and answer critical ones calmly and specifically: what happened, what you did about it, and how the customer can reach a manager. Customers judge you by how you handle problems.
Replies follow the same guidelines as reviews: no personal details about the customer, no threats and no offers in exchange for changing a review.
