does not not work at all!

The first time I subscribed was good... the second time eh... this last time, NEVER AGAIN. I subscribed for football and I'm NEVER doing this again. I have YET to be able to watch anything through. First, there was a sound issue and I had to download an additional app (SmartPro). Still would stop intermittently with no explanation. I discovered this within 24 hours of subscribing and have emailed at least a dozen times for a refund and they refuse. I even tried to watch another game on a different network... and six minutes in, the service was interrupted and never came back. Asked AGAIN for a refund (at this point I was STILL within 7 days) and was told it had been a sitewide problem that was now fixed. I'm THROUGH with this fake company.

Schedule is almost never right. Lots of buffering. Plenty of much better options. Buyer beware!

Customer service is non-existent, product(s) suck. Never answer customers questions, only recommends they download another app to fix problems, which still exist in the new app. Don't actually care about their customers.

Supercross package is a joke. Link that race is supposed to be on never loads. Tech support is a joke. Race will come on link 3 at the end of 450 lcq. So you get no heat races. Just sign up for peacock. Take it from me. You get what you pay for.

10 minutes after I renew my subscription none of the hockey games are on and nobody on chat. CONGRATULATIONS@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a dubious email stating that I had renewed my subscription. However I have never signed up for this service. I suggested to @billing email that my email had been used for a fake account. Especially as when I searched my emails I found one saying I had cancelled account on 8th January, then apparently I had renewed for a year? I disputed that I had set up this account and received a response to say "your account hasn't been hacked and enjoy the annual subscription.". I will dispute the payment through my bank.
