If I could give zero stars I would....Scam took my money for an order of a personalized necklace an never got it. Still waiting in April

I have ordered the custom ring from adequateh and it's already 3 months and I never received the package... This company is bad ... You guys better look for another one... Don't be fooled by the bots that give them a good review...

After waiting 3 months but paid for express, wrong item sent to be told I’m wrong refused replace my or refund diabolical service will never use again should of read the awful reviews first will make sure everyone knows about the service or lack of!

The ring took almost 2 months to arrive and you cannot read the script on it very disappointing do not bother an absolute joke I would not recommend this sight 😑

Had been waiting nearly 3 months for a ring to be delivered. Had been "At the courier" for well over a month now. No update on the tracking system they use, and updates were happening at ridiculous times. Basically the same message back each time I'd email them. "have patience, it's on its way, the courier will update as soon as possible" Do not believe what you see online.. Oh well, lesson learnt.

I ordered over a month ago and my necklace still hasn‘t arrived. This has to be a scam. The support service isn‘t really helpfull and can‘t even tell me which shipping company they use in Germany.

I ordered a ring in January for my girlfriend as a anniversary gift...... it's now march the 9th still not received or heard anything from them...... think I might have been scammed..... be careful people.....
