Happy with customer service assistance
I requested to cancel my account and my got a confirmation with by email. Today I received an email for topping up my account, I reached out to be assisted and an agent helped me and assured that no payment will be deducted. Then I asked him a to assist me how to remove my profile details and he advised me to send an email to the support team. The response was fast from the team and Alero got in touch with me . I’m happy with the quality of customer service and support you have.
