AgencyproReviews of agencypro.app

AgencyPro is a simple-to-use, all-in-one CRM that makes running an agency feel way less complicated than it should be. Everything is clean, intuitive, and easy to figure out even the powerful stuff. Our favorite part is how effortlessly we can sell services directly inside the platform, with built-in support for Stripe and PayPal. No messy setups, no jumping between tools. If you want a platform that’s powerful but refreshingly easy to use, AgencyPro is a total win!

I recently switched to AgencyPro.app to simplify my operations, and the cost savings from using just one tool instead of many have been significant. The standout feature for me is the ability to sell productized services seamlessly within the CRM. It has streamlined my sales process efficiently. The development team is incredibly hardworking and responsive. Having used their previous platform, I trust their track record and reliability. Highly recommended for agencies looking to grow. 🚀

The platform’s unified client portal looks like a powerful way to manage messaging, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, and files all in one place. I’m especially looking forward to exploring the customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and white-label branding options to see how they can streamline my operations and improve client communication.

What has made my experience with AgencyPro great is how thoughtfully the whole platform is put together. It replaces the patchwork of tools we used to rely on with one cohesive system, so our team and our clients aren’t constantly context‑switching. The client portal looks polished and professional, and configuring it with our own branding was straightforward. Once we were up and running, the automated invoicing and payment reminders saved us a ton of time, and the analytics dashboards give us real‑time insights into our revenue and project health without manual reporting. On top of the product itself, the company is doing an excellent job of listening to customers. Whenever I’ve had a question or submitted a feature request, the support team has responded quickly and thoughtfully, and in a couple of cases my suggestions actually made it into the product within days. They seem genuinely invested in building a tool for agencies rather than just shipping features for the sake of it. That combination of a well‑designed product and attentive customer service is what makes the experience stand out.

As a marketing consultant, I struggled for a long time to find a billing mechanism that looked trustworthy and professional. Sending generic invoices felt disconnected from the high-value service I was trying to provide. AgencyPro completely changed this dynamic. The White-label feature is my absolute favorite part—it allows me to invite clients to a portal that looks and feels like my company, not third-party software. This seamless branding has significantly increased my clients' trust. Beyond the visuals, it functions as a complete operating system. I use it for Time Tracking and Task Management on a daily basis. Being able to track time on a project and convert that directly into an invoice is incredibly smooth. The platform also handles Project Collaboration well, allowing me to share Reports and Calendars directly with clients. While I have encountered a few minor Bugs and issues (which is expected with newer software), the support team has been responsive and dedicated to fixing them. Knowing that the experienced Agiled team is behind this product gives me great peace of mind. If you are looking to elevate your freelance or consulting business from "amateur" to "agency-level," this is the tool.

Excellent and comprehensive list of features with direct cost and time-savings impact. However, the two things that make a it 5 rating for us is the ease of use and a great customer support.
