WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD GOES TO ALIMED!!!!!Try and return an item...You not only are told you have a huge restocking fee even though there never get back to you with a return RMA...Terrible company

I ordered a wrist brace, received it and took it out of the box. I tried it on and found it didn't immobilize the way I needed it to. I put it right back in the box and called to get a return authorization. I was told I couldn't return it since I had opened the box. How else am we supposed these know if it works? I paid $82 for a piece of terry cloth wrapped around a piece of pipe insulation. You're business should be ashamed. I will not do business with you again.

I purchased 2 knee braces 2 weeks ago. I called to return them since I ordered the wrong size, I spoke to Amanda twice now with no RMA response Your return department is dragging their feet. I am calling the BBB and expressing my disappointment, Its been 2 weeks with no communication from Alimed. All I want is to buy the correct size.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR RETURN INSTR SINCE THIS CAME IN MY MAIL TO GET INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN THIS. THE ORDER WAS WRONG FOR WHAT I NEEDED. I CALLED 2CE NOW AND WROTE 3 TIMES WITH NO RETURN E-MAIL. I WAS TOLD EVERY TIME THAT I WOULD GET AN EMAIL. HUMMMMM BAD BUSINESS.... PAM MCCULLOUGH

I ordered the #510346 Custom Thumb Splint, and it is not only much smaller then it appears, it in NO way inhibits the movement of a thumb.
