Leana in customer service was great!

Better customer communication is needed.
The products are fine and I wish they had better customer service. I bought the wrong amount of face masks, my fault. They cost $50 for 4. I was trying to get 5 masks for $8. Alpha Defense did refund me. I appreciate it. The products are good. They just need better customer service and communication.
