The problem was that "I just generated a video and in the generated video, the character 'glitches' from 1:48 seconds to 1:56 seconds. By 'glitching' I mean the character pops in and out, gets partly cut out, and ju7mps from horizontal to vertical (when it should be vertical all the time). It does not do so in the editor screen." I had a response, and fix, to the problem within 10 minutes. I'm very impressed with the support I received. Thank you so much! Barry

Because of the nature of the videos I make, there are occasional “back end” glitches that arise. Despite being in VERY different time zones, the Animaker folks are always extremely professional, polite and make every effort not only resolve, but explain what caused any particular issue, in a timely manner.
