Said 4-5 business days for shipping
Said 4-5 business days for shipping, and it took over 10 business days to arrive. Made me miss equipment for my race.

Non existent customer service
The products are probably nice, but it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. My package got lost in transit and I wanted help with a refund or replacement, but I got no reply. Just silence. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging them, but their support is non-existent. If you really want the products, buy them from a reseller. Stay away from their official US site. The best outcome would, of course, be if they actually helped their customers.
