My frames broke within the first week of use and one of the lenses would not stay in. Customer service gave me 50% off the frame ($5 credit) to buy a new frame. Unfortunately, I had to pay for full shipping, but I appreciated the small credit. I hope it's an easy fix to swap the lenses when I get the new frame!!
Response from Aoolia· Apr 11, 2025
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your feedback. Thanks for your understanding and hope the new frame works well! If you have any issues in the future, please feel free to contact us. We will strive to do better.
