We're new to this and our QR code wasn't functioning properly. I made one call to tech support and the issue wasn't resolved BUT when I called in again I was greeted by Maria and she was a lifesaver!! She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me on the phone while she fixed the issue , and had me check the link again before ending our call.
