Arch reached out to me and found both of my missing XRP; I am therefore amending my review to reflect their willingness to help me! ------------------------------------------------- Original review. Twice, my Financial Advisor with DWP has sent over a test of one XRP, to my address & memo at Arch, it has mysterious disappeared. Arch's response to me was, 'it is not worthy our time to find one xrp'. If it has happened twice to me, how many other times has happened to others?! That will work out well for them upon price appreciation. You find the true Integrity or character of a person or company by how they handled the small things......

Very easy and straight forward to use. Phone call with consultant was helpful as well!
