My first frame arrived broken but I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. It looks great! Just the size I needed and easy to hang up.

When I received the order, the box was very damaged during shipping. Last time I ordered, the box was damaged and my frame, mat, and plexiglass were broken. Fortunately, this time the frame itself was wrapped adequately so it was not damaged. Thank you for protecting my frame from careless shipping!
Response from ArtToFrames· Sep 28, 2026
We’re sorry the shipping box arrived damaged again, especially after your previous order was damaged in transit. We’re very glad the additional protection around the frame did its job this time and everything inside arrived safely. We appreciate you recognizing the care taken with the packaging.
