Great customer support and end result was perfect. I love my piece. It arrived in perfect condition via UPS. I had requested extra packing seeing as some customers were complaining about receiving damaged packages.
Response from ArtToFrames· Sep 24, 2026

I ordered a frame that came in a large box with no padding, and it was broken. I immediately text Art to Frame, and they said they would send a new frame out tomorrow and they did.
Response from ArtToFrames· Sep 24, 2026
Deb, we’re sorry the original frame arrived broken, but we’re glad our team was able to respond right away and get a replacement sent out the next day. When something arrives damaged, we’ll always do our best to take care of it quickly. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to make it right.

I was skeptical about ordering a piece of glass online and being able to get it in one piece. Not only was it in one piece, but it arrived very quickly. It was extremely well packed. I would definitely recommend Art to Frames and order from them again.
Response from ArtToFrames· Sep 23, 2026
We’re glad the glass arrived quickly, safely, and so well protected. Shipping glass can certainly feel like a leap of faith, so it’s great to hear the packaging gave you a positive experience. We really appreciate your recommendation.
