Worst company ever. I ordered 2 saddles got 1. Would not even give them a 1 star if i could. They are making ne jump through hoops and i am getting no where 60-80 emails later and no resolution. I just want what i paid for no more and no less. This company doesn't believe in their customers at all. Horrible behaviour. If i ever receive what i paid for i will never buy from these clowns again. Worst experience i have ever had.

The merchant guaranteed the merchandise would provide comfort during cycling, but it failed to do so. Within the guarantee period, I contacted them to request a return in accordance with their policy. Instead of honoring the refund, the merchant repeatedly offered discounts to persuade me to keep the item. When I insisted on a refund, they altered the advertised return address to an overseas location—imposing excessive return shipping fees in an obvious attempt to deter my return request.

I bought a bike seat from them. Immediately after purchase, I realized an old shipping address had been autofilled by the SHOP app. I immediately informed them via their "contact support" link on their website, and then when I didn't get any response, I sent multiple emails over several days. I finally got a response from their AI agent "Emma", saying the order was shipped and they could do nothing about it - basically TFB. This company sucks, they have no real customer support and obviously don't care about their reputation. I just disputed their charge and would advise that you don't do business with these guys.

I bought their cell phone holder. I found it to be flimsy and it obstructed use of the home button and camera lens. I asked to return it and was told to send it to an address in Sweden. Their location is in Wyoming and the item was sent from Vernon California. The cost to ship the item to Sweden was multiples of the cost of the item so that didn’t make sense. They offered me a paltry 15% discount. Despite their satisfaction guarantee, beware of where they may tell you the return location for which you will need to pay the freight costs.

I purchase the Ascent bike seat ands I was skeptical at first. But, after installing and riding, I began to TOTALLY enjoy bike riding again!! I am 70 and have been riding for about 20 plus years. Mountain bike, mostly road and back road riding. GREAT SEAT!!

Made a $500 “parts” order and got a confirmation email form their billing service. Several days later, after having to reach out to them, they told me some fraud alert story and to email photo ID and credit card. Done! Have to reach-out again after no reply - now they need a “selfie” with my ID. Whole deal is feeling shady- cancelled my order! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
