I want you to know that the Experts are not able to offer prescription services of any kind, including prescription refills, through JustAnswer, nor can they refer you to a Doctor or Practice that will order certain medications or procedures. Our website displays the join fee and membership fee on the page where payment details are entered. I’ve gone ahead and refunded your membership fee, which also cancels your membership.
