I am just through the onboarding and awaiting my first assignment, but everything was easily understandable.

Payment works well and on time. Platform is still improving. Very good way to earn some extra cash / side hustle.

I enjoyed the work with Ethos. I felt like the project detail and flow were easy to understand and process. The user access and playbook assistant were very helpful. The project that I was on lacked some client end detail which I believe is not exactly an Ethos related issue. We never received grading on the work that we completed so we do not even know if we are still active or not. I think most contractors would appreciate even a pulse check email letting everyone know where the client stands in the event the project does end up continuing on so that contractors do not miss out.

While I understand the projects, I find the process flow a bit confusing. Not sure how to track my progress and communicate across three different venues. i.e. agent.askethos.com app.slack.com feather.openai.com

Delivered on promise. The work and the job offer were correct. Application process was innovative, but certain. It could improve the onboarding process, because it is difficult at time to understand the process. Also, the tasks were not in alignment with my expertise, there could be a better match.
