I called Atom Software because I could not access my Office software. Charles helped me through the process with patience and kindness. I am older so I appreciate this in the younger generation.

A very patient person. He listens carefully, asks questions and acts. While I was at times not cooperative, he did not loose his patience. He is definitely an asset to the company.

I put a call for help with the installation of Office at 9:30 p.m., and while there was no answer at the corporate office at that time, Chris phoned me back 3 minutes later and provide the help I needed to get up and running. Scott K

Charles was VERY helpful. I had trouble with my download, within an hour of sending an email for assistance, Charles called me and stayed on the line until I was able to resolve the issue.
