I ordered oil drain plug and head lamp wiper blades for a Saab, what I got was a drain plug for a Land Rover and wiper blades for a Volvo!

I saw a reference to this company in a Mercedes-Benz forum that claimed low prices and fast, FREE delivery. Bilstein shocks for my 1972 MB 220d were almost $8 less per shock than the next closest competitor. Ordered over the weekend and the parts arrived via UPS Tuesday afternoon. I don't know who they are or where they are located, but with prices and delivery like this I'll buy again! MF Toledo, Ohio

I considered myself a very good loyal customer of AutoPartsworld.com until I purchased a part requiring a core charge. After four months and placing numerous calls I finally received a refund for my core minus a $15 handling fee. If you feel a handling fee to return your money for a core that you pay to ship back is justified, this is your place. Personally I will go somewhere else and never look back. Also, autopartsworld.com seems to be affiliated with drivewire.com which is plagued with complaints.

The part made it on time. It was an Cabin Air Filter which does not fit my auto. The web site said it would fit with three parts listed with no specification listed with each part. I have attempted multiple times to get a response from customer service with questions about this situation and haven't gotten a resolution. I would not recommend this company.
