Terrible website terrible customer service very misleading scammers do not use

I bought two different things from this at 6th June 2025 I still have not received them yet at 23rd July 2025 So sad cause I paid 310DKK

Product is ok, but Babimate is a dropshipping company. They are buying products in China and delivering it straight from the factory to the client... So you can basically buy it 90% cheaper on Alibaba or Temu

We received the babimate timely. But I was extremely happy about was the support, service and kindness. I bought one for my grandson, not realizing it was the wrong color for a boy. I asked them to exchange for another. No hassle at all! They asked me to donate the one I had. Wow! Truly amazed fir a wonderful experience.

Great service from placing the order to delivery, I was kept informed of when it was going to be delivered.

After some delivery issues (not BabiMate’s fault) the support team were brilliant and sorted within minutes. Extremely friendly and professional so would highly recommend both product and company.
