So I came into the chat not knowing anything other than I wanted a box for chocolate covered strawberries. Well Paul,talked me all the way through and by the end of our chat he has coached me on how to create a custom box for my business. And was patient!

David was awesome. I had several questions and tons of edits. He was patient and constantly followed up with me, in which I greatly appreciate because I run a very busy life. Therefore the follow up enable me to finally order my boxes and I absolutely love them. They separate me from other businesses like mine. The BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN!!! My sales Rep., Sean, is the MAN! HE GETS THE JOB DONE!!! No matter how many times I changed my mind, came up with different ideas, etc. he was ALWAYS very generous, concerned, Extremely PATIENT, and VERY MUCH INTO trying to give me what I wanted! I was so impressed by his customer service!! Sean, definitely needs to be rewarded for BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of the YEAR! NO JOKE! HE WAS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING!!! WHEN MY PACKAGE 📦 arrived 😍, all the hard work , and time put in, SHOWED AND WAS WELL WORTH IT!!! The COLORS were very VIBRANT and the QUALITY WAS SOOOO RICH!!!
