I needed to get a stack of PDF bank statements into clean spreadsheets, and this did exactly that. You drag in a PDF (it also takes JPG/PNG, and even password-protected files up to 50MB) and get back a structured CSV, Excel, or JSON file in seconds. The extraction handled dates, descriptions, and amounts accurately for my statements — it worked as expected, which is honestly all I want from a tool like this. A few things I appreciated: No signup wall to try it. There's an anonymous free tier with a daily page allowance, so you can test it on a real statement before committing to anything. Registering (still free) gets you more daily pages plus saved conversion history. Sensible pricing if you scale up. Paid plans start around $15/mo for 500+ pages, priority processing, and API access — reasonable if you're doing this regularly rather than once. Bulk mode for converting multiple statements at once, which saved time versus one-at-a-time. Output drops straight into accounting workflows — the CSV/Excel was clean enough to import without much cleanup. The one thing worth keeping in mind, as with any tool in this space: you're uploading financial documents, so it comes down to trusting their claim that files are processed and deleted immediately. That was fine for my use, but if you're handling sensitive client data, weigh that for yourself. Overall: fast, accurate enough to trust, and the free tier makes it easy to verify before you pay. Recommended.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I had been looking for a solution like this for over six months, and they were able to get it done in just a few days. What they created for me would have taken me an overwhelming amount of time, and honestly, I don’t think I could have done it on my own. They were professional, accurate, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took a complicated set of statements and turned everything into an organized, easy-to-understand Excel file. It was exactly what I needed. They truly saved me so much stress and time, and I’m extremely grateful for their help. If you need bank or credit card statements converted, organized, or summarized, I highly recommend them. This service was a lifesaver!
