Having to send multiple time our tax exempt form. No one could seem to locate it. Finally spoke to some one in AP-who was very short with his responses but he received the form and processed our refund.

While the product arrived quickly and was easy to order. It was advertised as free shipping and then charged shipping. Very miss leading.

-----UPDATE 03/21/18------- Received a call from Barcode Giant within 12hrs of writing this. They are going to credit the account for the PDF Direct Licence. I appreciate that they watch these and take initiative. Going to upgrade this to 3 star for now, but will update when the credit goes through and we receive our next printer. -----ORIGINAL REVIEW------- We were in the market for a label printer. We'd never purchased one before, so I wanted to use someone who I thought should be subject matter experts. I had done a little research, so I came to them with what I thought we needed. One of the items was a $300 Zebra's PDF Direct licence because I thought we would need it based off of Zebra's site. After some back and forth, we ordered a ZD420, the licence, labels and ribbons. First, the shipping process was messy and they sent the wrong kind of ribbon. They did resolve that and got the right one to us. However, after setting up the printer I tried printing a PDF label without PDF Direct installed(because of how cumbersome the printers setup is) and it worked without issue. So, I asked our rep if we could return it, but Zebra wouldn't take it back, so therefore they wouldn't. During this time, communication was slow and I had to follow up more than once. Finally I asked if they would be willing to discount the price of another printer to keep our business, since we are looking to purchase several more label printers in the future, along with their supplies. I have not heard anything back 3 months later. This is a reflection of Zebra as well, but the printer itself has worked great after getting it setup.

I don't like how the website I place orders through does not transfer important information over to whomever fills the actual order. For example, (my last order W40141987) when I place an order it is for a specific development and I enter that DR# when I place my order. In this case that number was DR14269. When delivered, however, this number does not show up on any of the invoice/packing material.

Order process was easy but not thrilled with the product.

Slow shipping for a business in the same state. Otherwise, products and prices are good.

I ordered the Item on Friday Morning, I called back the next Wednesday to see were the order was. Late Wednesday they finally shipped my order. So if you are looking for quick turn around maybe not the company you want to use.
