Horrible experience. Never got my product, it was in back order and they never gave me an option to cancel it. After 2 months trying to cancel, with no success and very poor support from their end, I've filed a FTC report and started a dispute with the credit card company. Stay away from them

Will never shop with this company again. I needed to return a brace that didn't fit. Took them 2 months to process the return and refund my credit card. I sent an email to express my disappointment with this timeline and it took them 24 days to respond. Terrible service.
