Place an order in May 2022, almost a year ago. Have strung us along the entire time. We do an annual convention in April every year. Sent yet another email checking on the delivery (several attempts and phone calls). Just received a reply email today (3-30-2023) as follows: We have not received this product and unfortunately, it is no longer available. Thank you, Ana Maria BBCW Distributors 3911 SW 47th Ave, STE 905 Davie, FL 33314 954-786-1700 Not good business. This order was important for a theme and now we have two weeks to figure out something else. Shame on this business. No way to treat your customers. Their business practices have a lot to be desired. How do they stay in business? I would stay clear of them unless you want to be disappointed.
