These guys are amazing! I bought my Weber Q1200 from them. After I received the grill I decided that I’d like to have an extra set of grates and the griddle as well. So back I went! Both the grill and the extra grates and griddle were delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. So give these guys a try. You’ll be glad you did!

I ordered a grill that I knew was backordered and wait time 6-8 weeks. I couldn’t find one anywhere and wanted it pretty bad. At about 7 weeks I emailed to check status. Immediately got a call from Randy who told me there was some glitch and the order may be in peril. He called back in a few minutes, cut the red tape, and had my grill sitting in his warehouse waiting for me. I backed up to their loading dock and was loaded and gone in less than 5 minutes. This is a grill that no one else would even offer via backorder and it is now sitting on my back porch ready to unpack. 110% effort. Glitches happen…it’s how they get fixed is the defining factor. The only disappointment was from RL Trucking however, Martisia of BBQ Guys came through with outstanding customer service, she went above and beyond. We will surely refer BBQ Guy's to Family, Friends, Associates and Neighbors.
