I've order several big ticket items and several small ticket items from BBQ guys over the past several years. I have never had any issue with items, shipping, damage, etc. They are my first 'go-to' when I'm shopping for BBQ stuff. I don't know why the other poor ratings, but I'd give these 'guys' top notch rating.

The Bayou Classic Black Outdoor Stove With Dual Low-Pressure Gas Burners (model DB375) arrived as described. Fast shipping. It is stable with a full 5-gallon pot on it. The shelves on the side cam in handy. I option to this model because of the shelves and I'm glad I did. It took no time to heat up the water to can. Next is a batch of beer! On a side note, you can find extra parts for the Bayou Classic which is a plus.

I am very happy with my items purchased. The Patriot fire pit is beautiful and well made. I had a problem with one of my items shipping but I spoke to Danielle from customer service and the problem was taken care of immediately. Great products and Great customer service.
