BcflightsReviews of bcflights.com

Thanks Ignat

This company is the best at this of any I have worked with. Attentive, honest, complete.....I don't think I'll ever need anyone else now that I've found them.

Very responsive and able to pivot when I the customer got my information wrong.

BCF Listened to our needs. Guided us as we learned more of the intricacies. Above all, they spent more time viewing the work to be done then others. That helped in our decision.

Everything was handled professionally and honestly. Was the best pricing for the flights. Agent was great and made the process easy.

Amazing. James is fabulous. Have used him 5x and to book for entire family

This review relates to an exceptionally positive customer service experience I had with Britney Carter regarding the purchase of flights to and from Istanbul, Turkey. In a world that has lost all sense of the meaning of the term, Britney exhibited an unusually high level of support to assure that my experience was a positive one and my objective was achieved. It was refreshing to speak with a person who clearly is enthusiastic about her work and is completely focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend her to anyone who wants both totally competent and professional service support without reservation.

James did a great job finding flights that worked perfectly for me and saved me thousands in the process.
