Missing Earrings
The only reason I ordered was for the Misha Hawaii earrings they were missing from my box 770455_#770456_OM order number

This service is not good
This service is not good. I signed up, had to contact customer service to customize my box. They didn't input the customizations so I got random items I didn't want. They said I didn't customize. I had to show that I did. Now I have to find a printer, print a return label and drive to a shipping location. All a huge waste of time. No actual word on how I'll get what I actually ordered (I assume I'll have to spend yet more time with customer service). So far tons of mistakes and horrible service. Waste of time for something that should be fun to get. BEWARE. Hopefully others have a better experience. So far I'm just frustrated.
