Bethabit is definitely a gem. I’ve taken the weight loss challenge and lost more than 8 pounds in a month. It was easy to follow but hard sometimes. I love sweets and every time I wanted to eat sweets I remembered that I can no longer eat them as I like. It wasn’t easy to get used to it but this challenge made me do that. So I taught myself to eat a little chocolate after dinner. Intermittent fasting is also a great way to lose weight, it really works.

I thought Bethabit would get my money and never return it back. Let’s say I was adequately skeptic about this one and boy did it prove me wrong. I’ve run 28 days straight for the first time in my life - not to lose my $50!!!! Funny thing is, if I could do that for 50, what would happen if I risked 500! I hope they will create more specific and harder challenges such as HIIT running so I will push myself even better. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
