Meeting Zianni was truly a joy. She went above and beyond to assist me, turning a frustrating experience with my insurer into a positive one. Initially, I was upset due to the quick sale and lack of communication from the insurer, but Zianni completely changed my perspective. She is always accessible, and through her dedication and support, we have become friends.
