Excellent service
Excellent service, item arrived ahead of schedule, taking into account it was shipped to Saudi Arabia. I will have no qualms about recommending this service to anyone who needs to ship items to Saudi Arabia, or anywhere for that matter.

Quality product and service!
I ordered a Coach bag that was no longer available in Australia or direct from the Coach website. Fantastic service and speedy delivery. The bag was a legitimate Coach product and arrived in perfect condition. It was great to have communication through the delivery process and a tracking number. I would highly recommend Big Apple Buddy.

One of the best services I’ve ever encountered.
Ordering from BigAppleBuddy was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I emailed with an enquiry and after getting an immediate response I placed my order with them which was handled promptly and professionally. I was sent emails personally by Phillis, one of the co founders who updated me as my package was ordered and travelled from the USA to the UAE. To make things even better it came over a week early than it said it would. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone reading this and I’ll surely be ordering from them again if I ever need something from the USA again. Just a great example of how great customer service really goes a long way. Thanks Phillis and BAB!
