Abysmal customer service. The company lies about about orders being sent out, when in fact they have never even left the warehouse. You will wait AGES to receive a reply to your query. When the goods don't arrive, they will fob you off with several mass emails which don't even answer your questions. I receiver NOTHING and waited for almost a month to receive my boxes, yet they were prompt to take my money out of my account. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Like others I ordered the black Friday deal. Which they shouldn't of done if they couldn't cope with the orders. Didn't reply to emails. Pretended to send them and then send an email pretending Hermes has lost them and they will investigate. They never sent them, because they didn't have enough.

I wish i could give this scam artist company no stars do not waste your time buying from this company. They done a black Friday promotion 2 for £5 I ordered on the 21st of November for 3 weeks I've been sent emails to say different despatch dates and tracking from the 21st which didn't update I didn't cancel subscription as I thought if i like what's in the boxes ill keep it so they billed me for Decembers box was continuously checking tracking waiting in every day sending countless emails they sent the December box (nothing special) after not getting chance to see what the others were like and decide if i wanted it. Now after 3 weeks of emailing them and getting nowhere they have decided I'm not getting my other 2 boxes I can have a part refund I'm livid just been conned into paying for a December box insted of the 2 I wanted and all the messing about. I've gone to watchdog and I will boycott this company as long as I live if they don't honor their side of the deal. You owe me another box birchbox or the rest of my money!

Ordered the Black Friday boxes and still have not received them all these weeks later, I have messaged and emailed and nothing at all back apart from the odd generic email saying it will be dispatch on a certain date and then it not been sent out. Do not use

Would give ZERO stars if possible !! I will make sure everyone I know will never ever buy a birch box ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!! Customer service have not come back to at all!! I will be going back to GlossyBox and NEVER birch box!! Ordered and paid for Black Friday deal on 20th November, got an email on 21st to say my box is on its way, on the 22nd got an update GENERIC email to say they’ve received high volumes of interest, which I totally understand and just patiently waited as the email said they would be dispatched no later than 28th November and will revive my box 3-5 days following this, then got an email on the 28th to day they aren’t be dispatched until 3rd December and will receive 3-5 days following this, again in no hurry just accepted this and waited, STILL NOTHING!!! Emailed the ‘customer services’ Saturday and was told I would hear back as soon as possible.... not heard a thing!! Checked my Hermes tracker and ALL IT SAYS is ‘order placed 20th November’ with no update. To top it off I also had £12.95 taken from my account for the December box.... well the £5 Black Friday deal was for the Nutcracker and pre order of December so why have I been charged AGAIN for the December box !!??

Terrible company which after their shocking handling of the Black Friday fiasco is surely on its way to receivership.

Received November box in December, along with December's box, which was actually an old box from August. Contacted customer service, but have only received boilerplate emails saying they are dealing with a high volume of queries. This is my first and last time using this company. As for the boxes themselves, there is very little in them.for the size of the box. The sample products are pretty tiny, though I like the idea of being able to choose from two options for full size products. I got this on a black Friday offer, so paid £4 per box, plus postage and packing. Would've been very disappointed if I'd paid full price
