I have had nothing but positive experiences when ordering from Birchbox! They always ship my orders extremely quickly, and I've never received a damaged item.

I've emailed customer service with questions or order concerns in the past. I received responses within a couple days and issues were quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend the company to others. I've also given a few gift subscriptions because I enjoy their products so much myself.

I love the service. I would vary the products though. I've received the same Das Boom lotion 3 times and I've only received 4 boxes.

I love birchbox. I may not love every single product I get in my box, but I always get my money's worth. And there are always at least 3 products that I love.

I am very happy with my Birchbox experience. I have switched from a competing subscription service and the choice has been great. Birchbox provides high quality items and shipping is fast. I appreciate the card that comes with each box describing how to use the products and the price for a full size. I also appreciate the reward system for completing reviews. It doesn't take long to gain reward like the competitors. Keep up the good work birchbox!

I look forward to getting my birchbox every month. I simply cannot wait to get the sneak peak of what's in my box before it comes either. I feel like the company does a really good job of introducing me to a variety of brands. I'm also really happy with the variety of samples that I get too. I mean, I'm not just getting makeup samples, but also lotions, body washes, face creams. I really love that.

I love getting my Birchbox each month!! I look forward to it coming. Although you have the option to sometimes choose samples, I do not because I wait to see with anticipation. I've ordered several additional full size items too! I had only one slight problem and it was corrected immediate and done very professionally!!
