Took my car into ETS,Upperdale Road, Derby 2 days ago with loose exhaust.Turned out it was more than that,I was spoken to with courtesy, honesty and with professionalism. The problem was explained to me in very clear terms (I was not baffled by 'car science' )and I was shown the work that needed to be done.My car was ready for collection within a couple of hours.
