Added one dog, could not add #2
Added one dog, but never accepted #2. On phone-will get on computer to add later!

Hi Paula, we're sorry to see you had trouble! If you added the second dog after the fact, and not at the same time as dog #1, be sure to use the same email and password combination. Reach out if you have any additional questions!

You can check out your policy information, including your policy documents, in your pet parent account which you created when signing up!

My questions prior to sign up were not answered.
Very easy sign up process. I like that you're based in Wisconsin. I did ask two questions prior to sign up though, and your customer service rep. only answered one of the two questions.
