When people have multiple pets, the site would be more friendly to be able to do a group enrollment. The single pet at a time is a little tedious.

it never said anything abouut sending me my policy information or how to use it ect???

Hi Brenda, we share all of that on our site! You can access your policy documents at any time from your pet parent account that you created at sign-up. As for how to use it, you go to the vet, send us a copy of your bill through your online account, and we'll review it in two business days!

I wish I could get a hard copy of my policy, in case I lose my phone or everything on it. Also, I'm not quite sure what to do once I take my dog to the vet. How do I get a copy of the bill to you and find out what is covered. Then what happens, do you send me a check? These are questions I have

Hi Carole, you can print your policy documents that are saved in your online pet parent account at any time. Should your pet take a trip to the vet, you'd upload a copy of your bill to your pet parent account to open a claim. We'll review your claim in two business days, email you our coverage, and then send you a check!

Hi Bonnie, you should be able to do that from your pet parent account! Click to open or download your policy documents then right click to print.
