I didn't want to sign up for your insurance as I already have it!! I need to change credit cards to pay my bill but it is impossible to do that bso I'll just go with the new policy I guess!!

Hi Lynn, you can change your payment information through your pet parent account. Log in and click to our payment screen to edit your info!

Even though you keep putting your right information then on your city it keeps saying you have to enter the city filled and you could enter it as many times as you want and it keeps coming back repeating the same thing

I wanted to sign up for the wellness program also. But when I checked out it was not on my receipt.

Hi Cheryl, Bivvy Wellness Care has to be selected at sign up and can't be added again until annual renewal as it's an insurance rider. A Bivvy team member will reach out shortly to ensure you have what you need.
