Our products are unique. They are a result of more than seven years of sturgeon breeding in captivity. They are bred in a culture system located in an environment that mimics the habitat in which these fish grow in the wild. Apart from respecting the animal's quality of life and its environment, the combination of the wild and the artificial allows sturgeons to grow in a natural way, also facilitating control tasks throughout the whole process. This is how we are able to ensure the appropriate development.

I was recommended to BRC by a chef/friend. He put me in touch with the owner and I quickly received top notch service. The caviar, as expected, was superb! The prices are on target and the service impeccable. I will continue to use BRC again and again.

I ran into a shipping issue with delivery date and address which I put on the order incorrectly. I got a phone call and an email immediately and a follow up phone call and email. Great customer service!

The only caviar I would buy. Half the price of Iranian, and 99% of the taste.

I order Black River Caviar for my dad. I've been buying from them for a few years now and have never been disappointed. This is an excellent product, grown sustainably, and a good value for the price My dad is always happy when he receives his caviar. This is always a gift he looks forward to receiving. Thank you Black River for the great service.
