They were easy to order as well as install. The only problem I had was when ordering I was asked if I wanted the roll to come off the front or back. I thought the front. I now have a sliver if a view. I solved it by rolling it out to more than the sill and pushing it back into the window frame. I was advised I could send them back but then I would not be able to shower upstairs for a while.

Ordering process was easy and delivery communication good. Blinds installation simple to follow and fit good. One issue is the blind tilt wand length. Three of our blinds had total height of 23”. The tilt wand is longer and extends beyond the window sill not lying flat. It would be nice to have the tilt wand customizable to not be longer than the the actual blinds.

The feedback I would provide is I never received a confirmation email on my original purchase. In fact, I was about to email the company to see if my order was processed, but then the product arrived! The install was soooo easy.
