Ordered this item over two months ago. It never came. Tried to contact customer no reply. Do not purchase. You will loose your money.

I wish I had thought to research reviews prior to ordering also, but am now suspecting a scam. My account was charged immediately, followed by an email with an exercise routine, then notice of mailing and a tracking link that has never worked. I will follow up with my credit card company and the possibility of filing a scam complaint against the company with the State Attorney General. Sadly, I’ll never trust ordering through another company popping up on Facebook.

I ordered the product...of course never got it...like one of the other people, wish I had read the reviews first. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded saying if it's not too far in the process, they will cancel the order. I told them I never received an email saying the order was being processed, and that I want it cancelled and my money refunded. It's been 12 days since that email exchange...still waiting for my refund!!!!

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing....5 weeks and counting. Customer service said it was due to COVID, convenient excuse. Notified bank and Facebook.

Same as everyone else. Ordered and paid for on February 8th. Have received nothing. All emails have been ignored

No item, paid my money just like everyone else I was scammed. Now I must make sure my card is not used again

I am having the same issue as everyone else. I ordered on January 10. It is now February 20, and nothing... I got the same excuse, an address issue... My address was correct. So pissed.

I thought I was the only one going through this. Purchased from this company a month ago, no item no refund. Gave me a lame excuse about address not been correct. All I want is my money back, if I was able to give no star that will be great.
