Customer service performance of a lifetime!
I am extremely disappointed with Boombah's customer service. At 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, I called Boombah the moment customer service opened. I explained to the representative that this is my son's first year playing baseball, and he had just been selected to play on an All-Star Select Team in the World Series. The representative promised a delivery date that Boombah clearly could not meet, charged me for expedited service that I did not receive, and left my son without the equipment bag he was so excited to have for his World Series experience. The representative's performance was convincing enough to win an Oscar, but unfortunately, it was not honest. Boombah should be ashamed of the way this situation was handled. This was a special milestone for my son, and your company's false promises turned what should have been an exciting experience into a frustrating and
