Great customer service. New brace arrived in 3 days!

The brace is working well for my thumb, but the strapping is irritating the top of my hand. I have had to put padding under the straps to relieve the irritation

The service person was nice and professional. The website wouldn’t allow me to order online so I had to wait and call during business hours but they handled the order well. I am adjusting to wearing the braces but so far they seem pretty good
