Great range of US craft beers
Competitive prices on some excellent US beers and terrific level of service and communication from Shannon and Dylan. Excellent business - worth supporting.

Really competitive pricing, and genuinely excellent customer service. Have bought regularly from them, always impressed, and will continue to do so.

Really responsive, excellent customer service. Unfortunately let down by various couriers (the latest being DPD, but has been DHL in the past). The packaging of the beers isn't great and seems to vary between customers. They have a great product which is competitively priced and there are some great deals to be had, but up to now I've had to contact them about delivery issues several times, which is not their fault. But going off others' similar experiences, it needs sorting out.

I found the website a little hard to navigate but eventually got a nice a selection of beers in my basket. A few of them were very very cheap. These turned out to be 2 years past the date on the can. This certainly should be mentioned when purchasing. I wasn't too surprised, given the price, and would have still bought them had I known, but I think it's within Brew Export's interests to let customers know that products are past their best.

Very good selection of US craft beers (including some not so well known breweries) at very reasonable prices. For example Fidens/Mortalis can be north of £15 from UK retailers but they charge around £8 to £10. Highly recommend if after great US Craft Beers at great prices

Had some issues with an order, email responses were poor, customer services did eventually make it right, which is always good, and also explained the issue and how they were going to rectify it and improve going forward. (ORDER #UK9054)
