Wrong performance date but right customer service!
I need help to switch the performance dates. The first time ever the rep. made the process quick, direct and with a personality!

Seamless and Easy process
Was able to see all shows, whether On Broadway or Off and the calendar was very user friendly. The website makes the process of learning about each show/venue and being able to purchase tickets seamless and easy.

Top-notch customer service!
We purchased what for us were four expensive theater tickets months ago, only to have one of the four have a medical emergency a few days before the show. I emailed customer service regarding options for the ticket that would not be used and received timely, informative responses that led to a perfect resolution.
