Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

This is the second unit that we have installed in our home.

it's quite ............. the track is narrow ........ giving more foot space on the stairs for those who do not need the chair .................. the company and the installers were the easiest people to work with ....... feel free to contact me for a ref anytime

Ordered a custom Bruno stairlift through Fitzpatrick's in Ohio. Local service was excellent as always. The stairlift is exactly what I expected, design-wise. The only pauses were over the price and turn around time, but I guess that's to be expected when you are ordering a high quality, custom setup!

The installer said ours was the longest rail he had ever installed. He worked very hard and did excellent neat work.

Feels more solid than its competition. Excellent contact and installation of equipment.

We had a tricky and narrow stairway. Our Bruno stairlift fit the bill. The construction is heavy duty and is secured to the floor and stairs. We feel very safe and we are grateful to be able to stay in our home.

The company was well represented by a person who knew the product well. He was very kind and didn't mind explaining everything to me. I am glad I chose Chris Thompson and would recommend him to my friends. He did not waste time during the install.

Our stairlift is awesome! We installed it for a friend who uses a wheelchair. We had a great experience. The salespeople met with our friend and spoke on the phone with him a few times. They checked and double-checked measurements and worked with our contractor when needed. The stairlift is easy to use. It's build well and sturdy. I was given easy to follow instructions for use. I recommend the stairlift to anyone who needs it.
