Everything went as explained by your salesperson. The lift works just as described. It is very helpful and enjoyable to use.

The Installers from Altoona, were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest on scoping the stairlift installation costs, schedule, and time to install. They provided adequate operating and maintenance instructions before departing. My son, who has fine motor skill issues, quickly learned how to easily use it for his needs.

The chair is working beautifully. The installation & service is excellent

You are clearly a responsible company. Keep up the good work. May I suggest you make your accompanying literature clearer on one point : NEVER UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE WALL SOCKET WITHOUT FIRST TURNING OFF THE MACHINE ITSELF. IF YOU DO YOU MIGHT DAMAGE THE UNIT

I am not the purchaser of this unit. I registered it for my brother who is the one that owns the unit and he said to give you five stars because he can’t think of anything that’s a problem with it. And he doesn’t use email so I I did it for him.
