Not much interaction with Bunker in my transaction.

Rates are very reasonable, I would appreciate faster response to my quote request. Somewhat disappointing hours of operation (only 8A to 5P Central). As a small business owner I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone outside of 8-5P.

The sign up process was relatively straightforward, but using your website to find and review policies, payments, invoices, etc. is absolutely terrible.

Need to fix the website so it works. It's never a confident feeling to buy something when they can't even get the website working properly

All went well except one of the documents did not reflect my change of address. Still working to resolve.

My first attempt was unsuccessful, I called and got phone instructions. Once done, they sent me policy with an incorrect company. I resent the information via email, they made the correction, but again misspelled the company name. I left it as it is for now. Will try another day. They were quick in responding via email, but I still don't have the correct info in my policy.

I need insurance by Tuesday, 7/21. I applied online. Took me two hours to navigate the website and (I think) I now have the insurance needed. I understand it was a Friday and your people were no longer working when I finished. I hope everything was completed as needed. Insurance was affordable and specific to my need (fractional CEO).

It was confusing and I had to make several contacts to complete the transaction.
